Inschrijvingen - BIJNA 300!

Dag iedereen,

De grote dag komt snel naderbij, inschrijvingen blijven komen, foto's ook (met dank voor de inspanning om op te zoeken en in te scannen).

Houden jullie de deadline voor betaling in de gaten? Op 6 juni moeten we de definitieve aantallen doorgeven aan de catering dus moeten op die datum alle betalingen binnen zijn.

Betaling: op rek.nr.: 748-0307673-92 (vanuit België), of IBAN: BE12 7480 3076 7392 EUR/ BIC: KREDBEBB (vanuit het buitenland), op naam van Sabien Hanoulle, Sint-Baafskouterstraat 81, 9040 Sint-Amandsberg o.v.v. 'Reünie HIVT' en naam + event. die van uw partner. De inschrijving is pas geldig als het bedrag overgemaakt is.

Hou er ook rekening mee dat we bij 400 de inschrijvingen afsluiten. Op dit moment zijn we met z'n 287!

Ps: er zijn mensen die betaald hebben maar niet ingeschreven zijn (of dat de eerste 2 dagen gedaan hebben toen er nog een foutje in het systeem zat), kunnen die dat alsnog doen? Dan hebben we alle gegevens mooi op een rijtje.

The big day is drawing near,  applications keep on arriving, including photographs (our grateful thanks to all for their search and scanning efforts).
Please keep in mind the deadline for payment! We need to supply the catering services with the final number of participants by 6 June so all payments should have been made by that date.

Payment to account no : 748-0307673-92 (from Belgium), or IBAN: BE12 7480 3076 7392 EUR/ BIC: KREDBEBB (from abroad) for the attention of Sabien Hanoulle, Sint-Baafskouterstraat 81, 9040 Sint-Amandsberg, with reference 'Reünie HIVT' and name + partner's name where applicable. Applications are valid only after payment.

Please remember that the maximum number of applications is 400. To date there are 287 valid applications.

P.S. : some persons have paid up without however  submitting their applications (or they did so the first two days when an error had crept into the system);  we would therefore ask those concerned to apply or to renew their applications. This will give us a clear picture.

N'oubliez pas la date limite pour le paiement! Nous devons soumettre le nombre exact des participants au traiteur le 6 juin, donc tous les paiements doivent nous parvenir pour cette date.

Le paiement est valable après réception du montant.
N'oubliez pas non plus que le chiffre de 400 participants constitue la limite absolue . Nous sommes à présent arrivé à 287! La liste des participants se trouve sur le blog.

P.-S. : certaines personnes ont effectué le paiement sans s'inscrire (ou ont payé dans les 2 premiers jours au moment où une erreur s'était introduite dans le système); nous leur demandons donc de s'inscrire ou de renouveler l' inscription . Cela nous donnera une idée claire de toutes les données.
